Our Story
Jon Wrennall founded Remote-Eyes in 2020 following successful transformation and exit of Advanced (a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company).
Jon joined Advanced in 2015 as CTO after spending 25 years in technology honing his technology leadership skills in roles including HMRC’s first CTO, advisor to AppDynamics, CTO for Fujitsu and over 10 years at Accenture.
At Advanced Jon led the Product Management and Engineering teams, creating the platform for the future, completing 16 DDs, 14 integrations and launching 15 SaaS products. Jon’s leadership and the associated transformation culminated in Advanced’s successful exit for £2bn to BC Partners and Vista Equity Partners in 2019, representing a three plus multiple, on a cash on cash basis (constant currency).
Whilst at Advanced, Jon created and optimised best practise working with CxO peers across the Vista portfolio and in doing so realised he could leverage this experience to help supplement private equity operating partners and CxO teams alike.
Remote-Eyes is the realisation of his ambition to use this experience and network of trusted (ex) colleagues and peers to create a catalyst for teams and accelerate time to value.
